Moder is the fourth Forsaken boss in Valheim and the guardian of the Mountains biome. This encounter introduces a large-scale flying boss fight and unlocks artisan-tier crafting and wind-powered sailing progression.

📍 How To Find Moder

Moder’s summoning altar can be located using a Vegvisir rune stone found in the Mountains, often inside stone towers or mountain structures. Activating the rune marks the altar on your map.

The altar is typically located at high elevation and surrounded by snow-covered terrain.

🔮 How To Summon

To summon Moder:

Place 3 × Dragon Egg on the altar.
Activate the altar.
Prepare for a long-range aerial battle.

Dragon Eggs are heavy and must be carried individually, often requiring preparation and staging nearby.
