Food
Food increases your maximum Health, Stamina, and Eitr. You can have three different foods active at once. Choosing balanced combinations is essential for survival and boss fights.

🧠 How Food Works
- You can only eat **one of each type** at a time (no stacking duplicates).
- Effects scale down near expiration.
- Combining:
* 2 Health + 1 Stamina → Tank build * 2 Stamina + 1 Health → Archer / mobility build * Eitr foods → Required for magic builds
